An empowering nonprofit aimed to raise awareness, funding, and improve sleepcare systems for victims of OSA and related sleep disorders within rural and underfunded communities.

Our Story

Founded by high schoolers, Breathe-On is a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for children affected by sleep apnea. We believe in harnessing education and community engagement to foster early diagnosis, improve treatment access, and enhance the quality of life for young patients and their families.

Through our initiatives, we strive to create a world where every child can "breathe easy" and reach their full potential, free from the challenges of sleep apnea.

About Us

Obstructive Sleep Apnea affects millions of children worldwide, yet in rural and underfunded communities it often goes undiagnosed for years. Without access to sleep clinics, polysomnography, or even basic screenings, families are left navigating a condition they may not know exists. Breathe-On was built to change that. We are a student-led nonprofit working to close the gap in pediatric OSA care by bringing education, resources, and advocacy directly to the communities that need it most.

Get Involved

Underfunded schools and clinics lack the staff and training to identify early signs of OSA in children, from chronic snoring to behavioral issues often misdiagnosed as ADHD. Breathe-On empowers volunteers to lead awareness workshops, distribute screening guides, and advocate for sleep health policy in underserved districts. Whether you start a chapter at your school, partner with a local health center, or help organize a community sleep health fair, your involvement directly reaches families who have nowhere else to turn.

Support Us

A single CPAP machine can transform a child's life, yet many families in underfunded areas cannot afford one or even access a diagnosis. Your donation funds portable screening kits for rural clinics, educational materials translated into multiple languages, and direct aid programs that connect low-income families with the sleep specialists and equipment they need. Every dollar helps dismantle the barriers that keep OSA untreated in the communities where resources are scarcest.
